Your new front desk
Destin answers on the first ring, sounds like someone who actually works there, books the appointment, and hands you the ones that need a human. It already knows how your kind of business runs.

“I stopped checking the voicemail. It was just… silence, and money.”
— a plumber, three weeks before he signed upThe uncomfortable truth
They call. It rings out. They call the next name on the list — the one that picked up. That loss never shows up in a report, so it's easy to pretend it isn't happening. It is.
Destin isn't cheaper software pretending to be a person. It's an extra pair of hands that never sleeps, never snaps at a difficult caller, and never forgets to write the message down.
How it works
Choose from five ready-made playbooks — dental, restaurant, real estate, home services, agency. Each one already knows the questions your customers ask and the things your business must never promise.
Hours, services, what to charge for, when to shut up and fetch a human. Two minutes of typing. It reads everything back to you in plain English before it goes anywhere near a customer.
Forward the line you already print on everything, or grab a fresh one. No new handsets, no IT project, no guy in a van. It starts answering tonight.
Every conversation, lead and escalation lands in your dashboard with a plain-English summary. The ones it couldn't handle come to you with everything already collected.
What it actually does
Dry, warm, formal, a bit funny — you set the tone and it stays there. It handles interruptions, asks you to slow down, and says “I don't know, let me get Priya” instead of inventing an answer.
Powered by a real-time voice pipeline with sub-second replies, so the pause feels like thinking, not buffering.
Captures name, need, and the time that suits them — then drops it straight into your calendar or CRM.
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and HubSpot. It checks, offers, and confirms without you touching it.
Budget, timeline, location, how urgent — asked the way a good salesperson would ask, not like a form.
Hot leads land scored and labelled so your team calls the ready buyers first.
No medical advice. No unconfirmed prices. No promises on delivery. You write the guardrails; it never steps over them.
When it's out of its depth it hands the call over — with a summary so nobody repeats themselves.
Leads captured, minutes used, and what a human would have cost — on one screen.
Try it right here
This is a real Destin assistant running on a sample dental clinic. Ask about hours, insurance, a chipped tooth, something it shouldn't answer — see how it handles each.
Running on the same engine that answers live calls. No humans in the loop.
Built for your world
Generic receptionists get the basics right and the nuance wrong. Destin ships with five playbooks that understand the difference.
Pricing
Every plan runs the full engine. You scale on minutes and numbers — never on features you can't reach.

From the people who stopped answering the phone
“We were losing four or five jobs a week to voicemail. Now the phone gets answered at 9pm on a Sunday and I find out Monday morning over coffee.”
“I was sceptical it would sound like a robot. It doesn't. Patients ask it for parenting advice. It politely declines and books them in anyway.”
“The leads come in scored. My team stopped wasting evenings on tyre-kickers. It paid for itself in the first fortnight.”
Fair questions
Probably not, unless you want them to. If you'd rather be upfront — and many of our customers are — it can introduce itself as an assistant and offer to fetch a human at any moment. We think honesty wins long-term, so that's the default we recommend.
It escalates. It'll take a message, or transfer to a person if you're around, or schedule a callback. Either way you get a summary of what was said so nobody has to hear “sorry, can you start again?”
No. Keep the number that's on your van, your signage and your business cards — just forward it. Or take a new one from us if you'd rather keep the two separate.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. You own it and can export or delete it whenever you like. For medical and dental customers we offer a signed BAA and HIPAA-aligned controls on the Enterprise tier.
One click, from your billing page, no phone call required. Monthly plans stop at the end of the period. We'd rather you leave easily than resent us quietly.
About ten minutes, and most of that is deciding what to call your assistant. Pick an industry, type your hours and services, forward your number. If you can fill in a form you can do this.
Someone is deciding whether to call you back, or call someone else. Give them a reason to stay.
